Implementation by our expert

As part of a mold inspection, we offer you a comprehensive service—starting with individual expert advice on selecting the appropriate measurement method. Our qualified experts carry out sampling directly at your premises, taking into account the structural conditions and the suspected cause of damage.

The samples taken are then analyzed in an accredited specialist laboratory. We prepare the laboratory results for you in an understandable way and explain the findings in detail. The assessment is, of course, carried out in accordance with current guidelines and recommendations—such as those issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or relevant DIN standards.

Finally, you will receive a written measurement report that not only documents the results but also contains clear, technically sound recommendations for further action—whether to eliminate the cause or to remediate the mold.

Building physics assessments and measurements are not included in the flat rates and will be billed on a time-and-materials basis.
